Sustainability
Sustainability is at the heart of my practice, and thoughtful choices are made wherever possible.
I use water-based binders, high quality inks, eco pigments and waste binder throughout my work.
I work with high-quality, acid-free papers, and any offcuts are transformed into smaller print editions to minimise waste.
Wherever possible, packaging is reused and recycled in the studio, along with everyday materials such as cloths, paper, tape and ink pots.
Organic and sustainably sourced fabrics are always the preferred choice when making my products. I also enjoy working with second-hand, reclaimed and deadstock fabrics and garments, finding creative ways to give them new life through print and dye.
All linen, cotton and silk are GOTS certified, and my cushion inners are sourced from a UK supplier and are RDS certified.
Care Information
I want your original piece to remain as vibrant and beautiful as the day it left my studio. With a little care, your artwork and textiles can be enjoyed for generations.
Print & Artwork Care
Display your artwork away from strong, direct sunlight to help preserve its colour over time.
Like all original works, these pieces prefer a stable environment. Avoid areas with high humidity or extreme temperature changes.
Dust can be gently removed using a clean, dry, soft brush or cloth.
Avoid contact with liquids. Should your artwork come into contact with moisture, gently dry it immediately with a clean microfibre cloth.
Try not to touch the printed surface directly, as the natural oils from your hands can affect the paper over time.
Textile Care & Washing
Hand washing gently in cool or lukewarm water with a pH-neutral soap is recommended for all textile products.
Avoid using fabric softeners and do not tumble dry.
Iron on a low to medium heat setting to help preserve both the fabric and the printed colours.
